• How much does it cost to have a piece made?

It depends. Wedding bands without stones are less expensive than rings with diamonds. Simple designs are less expensive than more elaborate designs. In general, cost depends on time, materials, and complexity. Ricco will work within the limits of your budget to give you the very best value possible, regardless of amount.

• How does the design process work?

You don't need to be an artist or designer to be able to join in on the creative process of designing your own ring. Ricco has many years of experience helping people achieve unique designs that they can be proud of. It will be helpful for you to view the designs that are on this website to get ideas. We can use this information as a starting point and develop a design from them that will be yours alone.

• Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. The piece is guaranteed 100% for materials and workmanship. If something should break or come apart (which should never happen), I will fix it without charge. There is no time limit on the guarantee. Questions regarding size and the look of the ring will be answered when you have the prototype that I make for you (see details below.)

• How can I be sure I will like the design?

You won't have to guess about your project because an actual prototype will be made of the design that you can try on for fit and looks. You can make changes in the design at this point. Once you approve the design, the final ring will be made from the prototype.

• Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit is required before beginning any work, including concept development. This will be one third of the total price. Once you approve the prototype, another payment of one third is required to advance the project to completion. When the piece is completed, I will send you a digital image of the piece and request the final payment before sending you your project. If you wish, you can come to my retail location to pick up your piece.
